Requisitos: Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or related discipline. - Exceptional English and Spanish writing and communication skills. - Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a community manager or similarRole. - Active and well- Rounded personal presence on social media, with a command ofEach network and their best practices. - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail,Language, flow, and grammar. - Experience with digital marketing required. - Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generationMarketing, inbound marketing, and blogging. - Other tasks as required. Proficiency in: - Business Facebook. - Hotsuite. - Social sprout. - Market segmentation. - Content creation.  Actividades a realizar: We-re looking for a Community Manager who is responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way that builds brand awareness, to grow our followers, engage and retain them, as well as institutional campaigns, launches and promote through different social networks: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube. The brands that you will be managing are upper scale and therefore we require outstanding customer service.- Build and manage the company-s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and potentially additional channels. - Creation of monthly content grids for all social networks of our brands. - Create shareable content appropriate for our social media channels. - Social media customer service. - Listen and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors,And/or industry, both from existing customers and leads and from brand newAudiences that don-t yet know us. - Run organic and paid campaigns from our social networks and track their success,From Facebook, Twitter chats to LinkedIn conversations, as well as the content andLinks posted through these and other channels. - Work alongside other marketers and content producers to help distribute contentThat educates and entertains our audience. - Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence. - Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to Reach our target buyers. - Efficiently track project assignments to meet deadlines- Other tasks as required.
