There are five key elements of our success:

-Providing advice and support to our Employees and People Managers on all basic Employee Relations process queries that come into the Kerry GBS

-Support the formal case cycle and help to coordinate the case management process using the required technology and methods of communication.
-Assist in the co-ordination and delivery of training and development to People Managers to coach and upskill them, enabling them to appropriay manage and develop their people and build high performing teams that deliver

-Providing administrative support and assistance to Employee Relations Specialists, our COE partners and HR Business Partners

Functional Competencies
-1-2 years of experience in human resources generalist or labor relations for a manufacturing company.

-Experience in Shared Services (desirable)

Language Requirements
-English Fluent Conversational. This role supports and provides services to all operational employees and managers from all over Americas continent.

Qualifications and skills
-Customer focus and Service mindset

-Able to select the most appropriate method of communication to any given situation and tailor approach accordingly to ensure the most receptive audience and the best likelihood of influence and success.
