Responsible for providing superior technical support & service to our customers by promptly answering inquiries, providing accurate information while troubleshooting and problem solving with customers.

Requirements:
• English 80%
• High school Diploma
• Solid keyboarding and PC skills
• Basic Technical Computer Knowledge (Internet, Modems, Routers, etc.)
