We are in the search of: 
Incident and Change Manager
A Incident / Change Manager is responsible for flawless operations within SAP Hybris Cloud Services. This assumes a coordination of implementation of Change requests and coordination of Incident resolution. You will collaborate closely with developers and infrastructure engineering teams to deliver high quality support to our customers. You will actively be encouraged to develop as well as share your knowledge and expertise with the rest of the team, including developing and documenting best practices and standards. On an ongoing basis, you will be requested to provide reports to the management team with SLA fulfillment, trends and proposed improvements.
·        A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or substantial previous experience
·        2+ years of experience in ITIL environment
·        Experience in cloud solutions is a plus
·        Experience in e-Commerce or PCM/PIM area is a plus
·        Experience in international projects, internationalized application development, or globally operating companies
·        Excellent communication and coordination skills
·        Excellent written and spoken English
·        Good knowledge of a second language, written and spoken is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
·        Incident Management
·        Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of incident and change management process
·        Updates the incident and changes logs with all relevant events
·        Produce management information including KPIs and reports
·        Monitoring the effectiveness of incidents and changes
·        Liaises with all necessary parties to coordinate Incident or change management process
·        Delivery of RCA documentation after incident resolution
·        Reviews all outstanding Change & Incident requests until completion
·        Follow up ITIL process for incident and change management
