Bachelor´s degree IT
English Advanced (Mandatory)
Should have deployed at least one end-to-end C4C project.
Experience in deploying solutions for Call Centre Operations, Customer Service and Technician Field operations using Hybris C4C integrated with ERP backend systems.
Integration with Social Media and 3rd party applications.
Good knowledge in Web Services, Analytics and Marketing.
Hands-on experience in preparing Technical Specification and guide Technical Consultants in building custom objects.
Knowledge in Activate Methodology and SAP CRM.
Good communication skills (Spanish and English) and client facing experience.
