Ops Manager / Deputy Manager 
 
Experience:
Total 6 to 8 years of experience with last 5 years in any Content management, Web publishing background.
Should have experience in managing, collaborating with international customers
Proven ability in managing team at least a team size of 15 to 20 people
Should be able to understand and relate to Web publishing terminologies
Working experience in JIRA will be considered as an added advantage
 
Technical skills:
Working knowledge any content management system (AEM, Jive, CMS, WordPress, Clay Tablet) - Mandatory
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Experience & proficiency in HTML, CSS will be an added advantage
Personal Qualities:
Should have excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive lasting relationships, even in difficult situations, with diverse people spanning internal/external organizations
Strong people management skills. Ability to manage large teams.
Experience of working to schedules in a daily/weekly content publishing environment with strict adherence to deadlines
Should have excellent oral, written and presentation skills
Coordinate with Delivery centers, team of Web Authors, Ops leads to effectively manage deliverables
Ability to work independently and adaptable to changes. Should coordinate multiple code deliveries/modifications in the same time period
Single Point of Contact for Customers and responsible to work in collaboration to ensure their expectations are well understood and thereby aligning the production teams to meet Quality standards
Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve issues with a win-win negotiation approach
Lead RCA investigation, resolution and closer with customer
Track, review & report performance, health metrics and trends; identify and address challenges and opportunities to upscale Quality of Delivery
Stress Management: Ability to adapt to change, ability to respond effectively to change, and ability to tolerate and manage stress on the job
Demonstrate ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
Role involvement:
Manage daily deliverables and lead a team of Web content specialist in creating and updating content on a timely basis.
Works with the Marketing and IT function of Client/s to provide guidance and direction for the website activities of the public-facing website.
Ensure all complex releases with publishing go-live dates are executed flawlessly
Manage the execution of custom code projects from Creative agencies
Create and execute workable project plans throughout their lifecycle. Plans will include tasks, milestones, dependencies, work-effort, duration and resource-allocation across functional teams.
Gathers scope, copywriting, graphics and other collateral required to create, modify content for BU stakeholders-this may include Agency Inside, or other designated agency partners
Works with publishing team to publish content and provide timelines back to BU stakeholders as required
Ensures 'site health' for audience/segment
Drives task assignment, establishes JAD sessions and negotiates priority and delivery dates with BU stakeholders
Communicates page design, comps, content requirements, assets publishing team
Works in collaboration with Brands and Content managers to develop pages and ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Work with Web Content Management System workflows to oversee content expiration notifications and content approvals for web pages to include developing new pages and creating new sites to assist with Marketing initiatives
Prioritise content publishing in accordance with multichannel editorial calendar as per Marketing campaign schedules
Work with agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders, including brand managers, channel managers, communications teams, designers, and technical specialists, to determine site requirements and plans of action for site rebuilds, site launches and a host of interactive campaigns.
Technical skills:
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
Working knowledge any content management system (AEM, Jive, CMS, WordPress, Eloqua, Acrolinx, Clay Tablet)
Experience & proficiency in HTML, CSS and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
