Senior Premiums Associate

Support the country operations manager in all activities relating to Client Service within the branch
Support central processing teams on day to day premium processing and invoicing  tasks (when applicable), control day to day operation, Invoice sign off and distribution as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
Review the performance of all products for your country ensuring that any issues are resolved on a timely basis & that all SLA's are met
Own & co-ordinate resolution of client production related issues; be local point of contact between clients andClient Service team
Liaise with the client to ensure files are received on a timely basis & that all pending & rejected records identified are acted upon
Run programme of work to reduce unplanned offsystem, engaging the relevant functions (Commercial, finance, actuarial, etc) to achieve the overalltarget as agreed with the Client Operations Service Leader
Discuss & agree process improvement with the client based on feedback from any issues.  Ensure these process improvements are implemented within the processing team where relevant
Produce reports and statistics on work as requested by headoffice functions
Excellent knowledge of Product information and premiums operations processes
Fluent Spanish and English language
Excellent communication skills with track record of dealing with colleagues and customers at all levels
Technical degree or above
DESIREDExperience working in a similar role for a Financial Services Company
