If you are passionate about IT,  engineering and continuous improvement processes and want to be part of a  department which is in charge of the construction of wind projects (EPC), installation and commissioning of the wind turbines (supply & installation).

We are looking for our corporate office in Mexico City
 
SAP Help Desk (App Support)
Responsibilities andqualifications:
At least 3 to 5 years as SAP User, not only for México but also for LATAM, including Brazil
Internal Support to Construction area, specially to co-workers on site, so must have people skills to help understanding SAP and the apps used in the area
Handle apps for iPhone and IOS integrated with SAP, desirable Site Pro
Proactive and dedicated to understand the apps, focused on problem solving
English must be at least in a 90% in conversation, reading and writing, all training will be provided in English and will be intermediate between developers and users on site.
Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering (IT related)
Prior strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience is highly desired
Strong skills in business understanding and information/data analysis
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Work efficiently under pressure,juggle tasks and meet deadlines.
Capacity to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly.
Problem solving and judgment capabilities.
