Executive Assistant to the General Manager

Thisposition is responsible for providing overall administrative and strategic support to the General Manager. Interfaces within top levels in the organization within the Region and at Global level as well. This position is responsible to keep external contacts with suppliers and customers too.
The role requires high level of independence, discretion and professionalism.
Provides advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support;Provides strategic assistance in HR related matters, as well as financial assistance in preparing department budget and consequent follow-up; Prepares correspondence, reports & presentations based on project or on business objectives and knowledge of company, industry and audience;Interfaces with internal customers at all levels within the organization, as well as external customers, requiring considerable discretion and initiative including independently answering telephone inquiries and correspondence;Receives and screens telephone calls and correspondence;Researches background material and collects data for reports, presentations, and correspondence;Coordinates meetings, support on follow up action plans, circulate minutes of meetings and prepare material meetings, as well as attend meetings;Arranges appointments, and coordinates travel, plans, events, and processes expense reports;Maintains Outlook calendar and distribution lists. Qualifications
High School diploma, Bachelor's, Associates degree or equivalent;3-5 years' experience in administrative and executive level support;Native level of Spanish and Fluent English oral and written is a must, any other European language will be considered as an advantage;Excellent computer skills, proficient in all office software, specifically Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
