Leader in manufacturing automotive industry is looking for a HRIS Specialist
Support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team.
This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact forassigned functional areas for report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Will support HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
Should have the ability to: - Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy - Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll). - Use project management skills in managing projects. - May provide overall project management for a given HR initiative
Proved experience in:-Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including : -Hiring -Career Development plans -Payroll & Benefits -HR KPI´s -Training -Experience with an HRMS such as PeopleSoft or Workday (ERP) -Experience with web services (communication), interfaces & catalogs -Strong understanding of HRMS databases design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools. -Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. -Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
-Previous exposure to system project-related (project management)
Requirements: * Fully bilingual (oral and written)
*Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience. *1 to 2 years of HRIS experience or IT related with HR projects
