Fluency in EnglishUniversity degree; Business or Engineering or Supply Chain Management3Minimum of 5 years' experience inSupplier Development within an ISO/TS16949 manufacturing environmentSCMP/CPP (Supply Chain Management Professional/ Certified Professional Purchaser) designationAble to read ASM drawings/printsASQ, CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) certification preferred.Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance), process flows, FMEA's (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) sample submission procedures and requirements (control plans, PFMEA's (Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), flow charts, SPC and all AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group ) automotive requirements.Blueprint reading skills.
The qualified candidate must have experience in the following:Manage Supplier Development Activities & Approved Supplier Development and management of component strategiesDetermining and implementation of sourcing strategies and tacticsEstablishing and managing supply agreementsChanneling the supplier's technology and resources that will benefit the organizationMaintaining a market view, product benchmarking, competition benchmarkingEnsure confidentiality of proprietary know-how for the organization and the supplierWork closely with R&D & Engineering to identify supply base to support New Product Development and New technology
