Role: IT Support Field Manager
University degree in computer sciences, business administration, communications or equivalentAt least 7 - years experience in IT Service Management and Communications in a complex customer/service organizationExperience in Field Service and End User computing/Services is a must!Good knowledge in basic Networking, Server, Email, Cloud, Share point technologiesGood knowledge in File & Print servicesMust possess good communications and presentation skillsHigh level of customer focus with relationship building and proven problem solving skills Capability to think strategically and proven ability to set, develop and execute the strategy for the service portfolioProject management and ITIL based Service management experience preferable, ITIL V3.2 Expert will be an added plusMust be open for travel and flexible in working hoursFluent in English (written and spoken)
