We are looking for an on site Technical Support Engineer:
Engineering Degree or equivalent.Fluent English is a MUST (spoken, written)Windows level troubleshooting (group policies, windows event viewer, internet explorer settings)Hardware troubleshooting.Exposer to Avaya technology.Basic knowledge of networking (Ping, tracert, telnet, Ipconfig, netstat, VLAN, layer architecture etc.)Behavioral and learning capabilities of the candidate.
