Transnational Pharmaceutical Company Requieres: Event & Meeting Back Office Analyst.
Essential Responsabilities: - Assists the Back Office Lead with the , Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela businesses for HCP/HCO transactions, contract and meetings. ? Provides support for the meeting management processfrom end to end initiation through archival? Assists on due diligence, executes contracts, submits payments for processing and ensures archiving of all information ? Serves as the point of contact for external customers as defined by Project Owner ? Provides expert guidance and direction to Field Force and speaker HCPs on BMS process, policies and program requirements.? Creates purchase orders for services/goods and the processing of all payments? Provides timely updates to the Back Office Lead? Assess & promptly resolves various problems? Ensures all meetings, payments etc. are in compliancewith the BMS Policies? Collaborates with Global Travel and Meetings, Global Expenditures, Legal and Compliance & Ethics Dept.? Provide support to cross border transactions including contracting and payments.? Responsible for the invitation creation and quality control process ? Maintain a high standard of internal control that complies with Sarbanes Oxley, Corporate policies and procedures, BFS processes, and local requirements. ? Within scope of responsibilities, ensures all Compliance and Transparency data reporting requirements are met. ? Within scope of responsibilities, understands and applies knowledge of all systems associated with the process to ensure seamless, end-to-end data capture. ? Work with other departments/functions on process improvements and/or process re-engineering, specifically the regional and global transparency teams? Actively seek opportunities and readily embraces changes which will provide increased productivity or delivers increasing levels of service. ? Comply with training requirements for organisation are identified and work with Global Process.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree.Fluent English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) is a must. Demonstrated business experience/understanding of key business processes? Preferable experience of working in events management role demonstrating good understanding of internal standard operating processes and usual local practice ? Understanding of local legal environment, in particular relating to legal requirement when contracting with HCP ? High level of ability in using IT and online systems for managing business processes, and in managing large volumes of data/information? Experience in managing and prioritising workload and managing expectations of numerous stakeholders simultaneously ? Experience of working successfully in a team, ensuring mutual support, back-up, sharing of best practice and learning's? Experience of being able to work successfully and productively in cross-functional and matrix teams? Proven ability to learn and adapt to change and new system.

Compensation: $20000-24000 + law benefis
