Funciones a desarrollar

Proven track record of managing complex, multi- national or key account portfolios (3+ years of account management)Proven track record of driving results, including success in negotiation/ sales with multinational accounts and senior managementDemonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts at different phases of a sales cycle.Proven track-record in developing and leading high performance sales teams.Experience in the following industries is an advantage: international movements of goods,freight forwarding, import/ export operations and customs, diamond and jewellery, luxury goods.Evidence of successful career progression 
Tasks and Duties
Review business performance and sales planning by line of business.Monitor and cooperate with customer service in respect to customer contacts, documentation, pricing, billing, forwarding and communications (internally and externally)Determine appropriate pricing and tariffsWork out service and operational procedures for new destinations, special moves, etc.Coordinate jobs with affiliates, subcontractors and customersCommunicate with affiliates worldwide regarding opportunities with mutual interest accounts.Maintain relationshipswith new and existing accounts and develop a keen understanding of their businessesContinuously review competition and market developments and adjust activity accordinglyControl credit and collection of receivablesLead and participate in projects such as local shows and exhibitions, new branches, ICT developments, etc.Establish and maintain relationships with major airlinesLead and inspire staff and indirect team members to become a high performing and successful team with clear objectives and measurable targets. 
Qualifications & Skills
Fluent in English and SpanishMinimum Bachelor degree in Business or related fieldExcellent customer service and communication skills, oral and writtenProven ability to perform strategic planning and priority setting for a billing departmentAbility to manage multiple projects concurrentlyAbility to maintain and develop existing clients
