LOGISTIC SCHEDULER SUPERVISOR
 
Basic Purpose 
The associate filling this position will be responsible for scheduling and loading the daily assembly production into the ADM assembly systems to support customer requirements for all plants serviced. 
Be responsible for managing the inventories at ADM assembly to ensure product is in the facility to meet the customer's production schedule, responsible for the delivery of all finished product to all customer assembly plants.
 This position will be also responsible to perform all physical and systems functions in order to maintain a current and accurate inventory.
Principal AccountabilitiesThe following are essential job functions; however other duties may be assigned.
Ensuring that always has a cross training in all positions and operationsContribute in all duties in a safe working manner consistent with all business policies and government regulationsEnsure assembly schedules are met to support customer requirements- "HOT" itemsTracking and queuing requirements for "over-size" assemblies to SAPOrdering trailers for outbound shipments to designated customer assembly plantsTracking and sequencing when necessary of all "pulls and resets"Review requirement error report and communicate to customerPrepare necessary batch paperwork and labels for assembly scheduleBack up for  production Supervisor when neededParticipate in any Continual Improvement programs.Perform Cycle Counts daily for both the tire and wheel warehouse.  At least one tire warehouse aisle and one wheel warehouse aisle must be counted daily.Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found during the cycle counting procedure.Enter data from cycle counts into the designated spreadsheets on the share drive.Keep a runningtotal of % of accuracy for wheels and tires meeting both ADMReview Dock Audit forms to ensure they are within spec and enter this information into the share drive. Schedule delivery appointments with carriers via phone, e-mail or fax.  Update PLEX.Generate tire dock schedule from appointmentsPromote a safe work environment: Participate in safety projects, meetings & support and enforce company policies and procedures for safety.Support procedures are followed in inventory managementManage product orders handling orders or consignment of products and materials required for assembly.InventoryAccuracy: Ultimately responsible or all inventory issues.Billing Accuracy: Billing process & ensure all functions are timely & accurateShipping & receiving: Ensure that on time delivery and on time pickups are documents.Report on time data to suppliers & customersResolve any problem concerning transportation issues.Ensure timely receipt and inspection of all materials. Responsible for month-end reports. To maintain order, cleanliness and safety in the workplace. Check the quality of work of all subordinates. Comply with all requirements mandatory for the elements of our management system ISO / TS-16949 quality related to the reception area and shipping materials. Comply with all procedures implemented in the environmental management system. Collaborate in planning and supervise all activities to control documents ISO14001, ISO / TS-16949 and its updates and transfers. Comply withthe procedure Corrective and Preventive System Management Actions Environmental Quality. Documenting and carrying just the implementation of the action plan for closing nonconformity in time previously established. Documenting and carry out the implementation of procedures and process maps to comply with the requirements leaders of our Quality Management System ISO / TS16949: 2002 related to the area Attend and resolve any discrepancies shipments in terms of quantity, product type etc. Administration and control IMMEX program. Annual Budgeting of expenses for the shipping area and finished product warehouse (Warehouse & Shipping

Required Skills, Education, and Experience 
Skills: Techniques: Working Knowledge.Management: Knowledge of the entire organization and how it is coordinated, knowledge management systems implemented (Information Quality, Environmental, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance) ability to plan and control work.Human Relations: Knowledge of human behavior, ability to work effectively with individuals and groups, peers, superiors and subordinates.Techniques: Working Knowledge (IMMEX, BPCS, ASN's, EDI, Concepts Lean Enterprise)  Management: Knowledge of the entire organization and how it is coordinated, knowledge management systems implemented (Information Quality, Environmental, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance) ability to plan and control work.  Human Relations: Knowledge of human behavior, ability to work effectively with individuals and groups, peers, superiors and subordinates.

Education:
BS in Engineering / Production / Manufacture / Quality. IMA, IME, IIS, IIAEnglish 90% 
Experience:
Experience as Shift Supervisor or back-upDESIRABLE EXPERIENCE: Minimum 7 years in similar position. ISO / TS-16949Experience in the automotive industry and T1Extensive experience in MRP, database management, Microsoft Office, customs procedures, EDI.
