HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT MANAGER
School level: University (Administration Bachelor, Psychology Bachelor, etc.)
Language: English 80% (we will evaluate the language knowledge)
Experience Required: 3-5 Years
*Coordinate hiring and layoff process and follow up*Know payroll process incidents (overtime, absence, holydays, vacation, punctuality, etc.)
*Performance evaluations (Key Performance indicators, Balance score cards, etc.)
*Knowledge of labor law, social security law, INFONAVIT law, etc.
*Have Experience in companies where works expats employees
*Good experience on recruitment process (posting position, interview, testing, etc.)
*Experience improving and manage employee's trainee planning
*Knowledge of industrial health and safety programs
*Good relationships, good service education
