15 -20 years of experience with 5 - 10 years as a Program Manager, overseeing the following aspects of SAP ERP ? Applications Management Service (support), Functional Consulting or Implementation/Rollouts. With formal background in Project Management techniques; preferably PMP certification. Capable of managing the delivery of team sizes of 100 - 150 persons.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Take bottom-line Responsibility of a logical group of projects that forms as well-defined portfolio; define delivery strategy and goals for all the projects; Manage client expectations, develop processes for achieving excellence in delivery, plan budgets and manage profitability of projects, Monitor, review and provide risk management for all projects in the portfolio; create proposals for all new opportunities within the portfolio; supervise and manage all delivery operations with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offering to clients within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
PROJECT SCOPING Review the project scope document for all medium/ Large-sized projects in order to ensure proper scoping of the project and reduction of risks.
RESOURCE PLANNING Prepare resources plan for his / her portfolio including people, space, infrastructure and liaison with required groupsin order to fulfill the portfolio resource requirements.
OPERATION MANAGEMENT Track and comply with all operational parameters and processes including budget submissions, milestone and closure reports, resource allocations, quality/ regulatory/ customer audits.
PROJECT PLAN REVIEW Review ofthe scope, schedule, Estimation, Quality Goals, Risk plan and resource plan in order to successfully execute projects in the portfolio.
PROJECT PROCESS MANAGEMENT Develop project specific processes keeping in view the clients expectations. Ensure processes cover all aspects of agreed contracts and the contractual delivery commitments
PROJECT TRACKING CONTROL AND REPORT Provide Delivery Governance, Review & Track the project performance against the goals on a periodic basis, monitor, review and control all the project phases (requirements gathering, design, architecture, development, testing, implementation and warranty), take corrective measures and communicate to senior management in order to deliver projects successfully.
CLIENT MANAGEMENT Manager formal / informal client relationships, Be the interface to the customer for all large projects and first level of escalation for all small to medium size projects. Analyze customer feedback and actionize the same. Regular review of engagement feedback and take corrective actions in order to achieve high customer satisfaction.
