Contribute to the talent attraction and retention strategy through the best design and implementation of compensation strategies and policies guaranteeing equity, competitive and effectiveness.
Minimum 5 years as Compensation & Benefits Leader or Coordinator.
Major Duties/Tasks:
Variable Compensation design and implementation aligned to business needsJob valuationSalary structures design based on market informationOther benefits management and proposals such as checkup, executive cars, etc.Analyzing cost benefit and assuring competitivenessDesign & implement Wellness ProgramMobility policies and Expats employees administration Compensation design in a low budget environment, Contribute to a productivity oriented culture, Negotiation with most stakeholdersDecision making authority:
Contacts of the position: Managers and Area DirectorsQuantitative scope of position (Revenues, Budget, Customers Supported, Projects supported)
