Funciones a desarrollar

We are hiring bilingual Back Desk agents to provide support services to an important worldwide automotive Company.
Educational Qualification:
Systems Engineering (Computing or Informatics), Sciences of the Computing or similar.
1 year Service Desk 2nd Level Operative experience.
Perform scheduled task before start of production
Support to system Monitoring
Monitoring of IT-HW and identifies events, which have to be documented and raised as an incident.
Knowledge & Competences:
Problem Solving.
Trouble shooting experience.
Work in teams.IT HW Support, devices for production (Printers, HDT´s) and IT HW Pick by light, Pick by voice, Poka yoke devices.
Technical Support:
ITIL Fundamentals.
- Follow the process for some cases 2nd Level Support.
- Catch and Dispatch events (Acceptance and first classification of incidents).
- Request the proper information for the ticketing.
- Prioritize tickets according the defined process (incident management).
- Ticket documentation on the defined time (internal processes).
- Ticket follow up. ?Ticket?s life cycle?.
- System Monitoring.
- Incident and Service Request tickets management.
- Generate reports of incidents and services request on demand.
