This position is responsible of inculcate the company culture, focusing initially on core processes and driving a continuos improvement mentality. Coach and lead temasthrough the company process, and build understanding and support for the company toolsand techniques. Ubdate key stakeholders on progress, gaps, coach on involvement and leadership requirements.
Bachelors DegreeBlack belt certified8 years of experince in Lean/Process ExcellenceLean tools and methodology, process improvement and quality toolsRelevant work experience in BPO.English (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
