Back Office Lead ( Temporal)
The Back Office Team specializes in the processes and systems used in all HCP transactions and assure compliance adherence to existing internal policies and procedures for any events managed by the Services Delivery team. This position owns the procedural aspect of anyHCP relationship as approvals, vendor creation, payment follow up and control of pass through expenses.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, confidence in dealing with people at all levels both locally and where appropriate with Corporate functions.Systematic, methodical approach with high level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility/flexibility to organise, plan and prioritise ever-changing workloads, and to work to tight deadlinesEnglish ? both verbal and written skills are required.
Demonstrated business experience/understanding of key business processesPreferable experience of working in events management role demonstrating good understanding of internal standard operating processes and usual local practiceUnderstanding of local legal environment, in particular relating to legal requirement when contracting with HCPHigh level of ability in using IT and online systems for managing business processes, and in managing large volumes of data/information
