We are looking for you to become part of our team as Assistant Project Manager, we would like you to have previous experience in the design, manufacture and installation of luminous signs and large advertising billboards.
The assistant project manager is in charge of managing the front endof all projects, which involves sending purchase orders to vendors and making sure we obtain surveys and permits from those vendors in a timely manner. Our vendors conduct on site surveys and are responsible for pulling permits.The assistant project manager needs to determine timelines for these two tasks and follow up to make sure they are completed on time.
This position requires good email skills, great organization, and general grasp on the sign industry.It is imperative that you have the ability to manage many different projects at one time and handle a large amount of follow up communication during the day.
