This position is responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing all knowledge acquisition, management and improvement initiatives for assigned line of business at Mexico- Queretaro site. This includes Migration knowledge transfer deliverables. New Hire training planning, scheduling, completing measuring and reporting; business as usual deliverables like refresher training. Training needs identification, analysis and solutions. Must be able to travel within or outside Mexico- Queretaro, for business meetings, knowledge transfer, etc.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, execution and measuring process training.Participate in organizational initiatives like CMMI, etc.Lead, coach and mentor the process trainers efficient and effective training delivery.Identify and execute on improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness of training.Ensuring effective knowledge transfer during migrations- training material, training methodology, monitoring progress.Good with documentation / SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) creation and review. Update SOP´s and Training Documentation.Knowledge Transfer.Understanding Insurance industry.Skills: Communication and comprehension skills, analytical skills, drive for result, planning, and organizing.English: Advanced.
