EMPRESA LIDER EN TELECOMUNICACIONES SOLICITA:
FINANCE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
(POLANCO, CIUDAD DE MÉXICO)
This role requires a highly motivated person with strong inititive. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful applicant will be responsible for the administration ofthe office in México.
DUTIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWIN.
Support Finance Manager, Sales and Customer Support teamLiaise with customers who are located in different sites.Resolve queries from the Finance Manager, sales team and external customers in a professional and timely manner.Organize and process customer documenttion to both the customer and Office to a high standard and in timely and efficient manner.Follow up and address any issues to avoid delay in processing of customer documentation, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.Customer Account managment and analysis, cash collection,invoicing and customer statement updates.Expense and invoice review and analysisContract and document transiations- Spanish/English and English/SpanishGeneral office administration and reporting - weekly and monthly deliverables.THE SKILLS NEEDED
You should possess a high level of spoken and written English; have a relevant finance qualification and ideally have 3-5 years´experience in a finance/administration role.
A stron background in the following areas:
Excellent organization skills and communications skills (oral and written)Attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Officesotware (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.)Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.Flexible with the ability to priortize work effectively.Ability to work in a professional and friendly manner and to handle information using sensitivity and discretion.
