This position is responsible of quality metrics.
Functions (Meeting and exceeding quality metrics.
Ensure minimum or no variance in Calibration between Company and the Client side.
Bring client and Busines value adds.
Function: Ensure timely and effective Transactional Quality Management for processes.
Manage Quality Assurance Function set up at Querétaro for all new migrations and ramp up´s.
Responsible ofr client and operations engagement towards QA deliverables.
Internal control and business processes: Mantain the quality management system fo the clients.
Quality standards. (ISO and COPC).
GraduateISO/QMS/COPC Trained or certificated.Relevant work experience in BPO.
