The Senior Business Analyst for the Commercial Technology Team is accountable as a leading subject matter expert on the various business applications and processes associated with ATM Helpdesk and Monitoring and Remote Safe Management managed services. Working alongside the business and client, and with a team of Business Analysts, the incumbent will define, document and communicate requirements - associated with conditions, functionality, products and services for internal and external use. The primary objective of role is to maximize performance and provide a positive customer experience,through the implementation of effective and efficient solutions across the business.
Specific Responsibilities:
? Working with Brinks colleagues, partners and clients, elicit requirements to solve a business problem or progress an opportunity for a new/enhanced business solution
? Facilitateworkshops/meetings with key stakeholders applying the appropriate elicitation techniques to establish the as-is and to-be state to meet the business/client's needs
? Create and maintain documentation, including procedures, system specifications, technical documentation and business requirements documentation (BRD) of all regulatory, business, user, functional and non-functional requirements
? Complete formal reviews of all requirements, to approve business requirements documentation
? Create and maintain supporting business models, process models, data models and workflow models as required, through structured and object-oriented analysis
? Work with QA Analysts to design test cases to validate that requirements have been met, overseeing the testing phase as required
? Oversee 'end-user' support, complimenting training and development with knowledge of the business requirements
? Assessand evaluate all feedback, ensuring the requirements necessary to address any issues are addressed in future releases, iterations or versions of the solution
? Seek out and identify problems and opportunities, through Business Process Re-Engineering, presenting recommendations for improvement
? Prepare and deliver presentations based on requirement gathering and data analysis
? Performs investigational analysis and evaluation to determine project or application feasibility
? Prepares feasibility studies; recommends and establishes program objectives, priorities and schedules in conjunction with user and functional requirements and conducts end-user training, as needed, for assigned applications
? Oversee 'end-user' support, complimenting training and development with knowledge of the business requirements
Experience and Skills:
? Minimum of 5 years related Business Analysis experience
? Minimum of 5 years Business Process Re-engineering experience
? Proven experience in application of business modeling, such as business object models, conceptual data models and process models.
? Knowledge of business analysis, quality assurance, and workflow tools and/or practices
? Experience with T-SQL and coding stored procedures
? Experience working with MS SQL databases
? Advanced use of MS Tools specifically MS Access and Excel, with experience in data modeling
? Technology Solution Assessment and Validation
? Experience in risk management
? Understanding of Incident Managementfor Self Service Devices, Cash Management, associated applications and networks preferred
