? Primary communication source between factory and external contacts
? Primary communication source within the factory Cross Functional Team supporting the customer. We request that this team be designated as the Customer Focus Team (CFT).
It is assumed that there is direct communication between the Cross Functional Team members and their associated counterparts within the customer organization.
? Leader of the Customer Focus Team assessing overall performance, identifying risk, and recommendations for improvement
? Maximize Customer Satisfaction by monitoring the following:
§ On time delivery § Quality Goals§ Requested service activity (i.e ECO, RFQ, CAR etc)§ Customer Satisfaction Survey§ Forecast Fluctuations§ Capacity flexibility/backlogs§ Planned cost reductions§ Adherence to AVL§ Setting and resetting customer expectations§ Forecast / Budgets.
? Increase Profitability and Minimize Risk by ensuring contribution margin goals are achieved as set by management:
§ Review of Key Operating Indicators (KPI) and provide operations with solution adjustments if they are outside of margintarget§ Revenue Mangement.
§ Ensure that negative Price Point Variance (PPV) is collected as to agreed upon terms in customer contract
§ Ensure customer payables are current as to agreed upon terms in customer contract
