The Evolve Marketing Insights team provides insights on campaign performance, and understanding how our audience behaves on- and offline. Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Creative Solutions to support both the domestic and international sales teams in variety of verticals.
This role bridges Online Ad Measurement and Consumer Insights, and provides data to Sales and Marketing Teams in context relative to industry norms.
This role gathers andanalyzes data to identify consumer demographics, behaviors, and media consumption habitsUtilize third party comScore and survey data to create audience profiles used to create marketing deliverables and sales materials.Utilize DMP data to create post-campaign Audience Profiles that paint a pictureof the audience exposed to a campaignStay up-to-date on Consumer trends and market research; distill important learnings into a monthly newsletterKeep existing deliverables (excel charts and materials) up-to-date on site and target audience behaviors, while ensuring the quality of our deliverables are consistentProactive in creating material that will build the teams efficiencyGather analytical data to show category specific strengths, reflect the opportunity for significant amount of extended audience reach, and the delivery of volume viewersProvide research data that is understandable, accurate and applicable to key stakeholdersDedication in meeting expectations and requirements of internal/external customersInterface with sales to ensure that conditions of satisfactions are well understoodWork with team and key stakeholders to track and resolve any impediments on a project by projectbasis in a timely mannerOnline Ad Measurement
Internal go-to resource for ad unit measurement and industry standards including CTR, Engagement Metrics, Viewability, and Video Completion Rates.Create and maintain first-party data benchmarks, and pull ad hoc metric reports upon request using a proprietary Business Intelligence Tools.Serve as the go-to expert in our marketing analytics tools, and maintain vendor relationships.
Bachelor?s degree in a related field required (preferably Media, Advertising, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Marketing)2+ years of media experienceor experience working in display advertising or an operations position at a digital publisher or advertising measurement vendor a plusConsulting and/or management experience in strategic planning, marketing, and/or advertising strategy a plusProficiency with MS ExcelAn understanding of fundamental media terminologyStrong analytics, quantitative and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendationsMust be fluent in EnglishThe ability to communicate clearly in a variety of settings and styles
