is looking for you to become part of our team as Publisher Services Manager.
The Publisher Services Manager is responsible for acting as the primary liaison between sales, trafficking and the publisher. Day to day responsibilities include revenue analysis,report generation, sales support for RFPs, troubleshooting, site traffic analysis, sponsorship development and communication to sales as to the general status and overall health of the hub.
Managing the relationship between Evolve Media and its affiliate websites, including tagging, troubleshooting, reporting and revenue optimization.On-boarding of New Publishers Post-PO Transition (Per Business Development On-boarding Process; Including Tag Testing and Generation, Follow up RE: W-9, Submission of comScore to Sales Strategy; Obtaining media kit, pricing and specs for sponsorships).Monitoring campaign delivery, acting as the primary liaison between Campaign Managers and Publishers.Keeping abreast of publisher developments including, editorial changes, site sponsorship opportunities, traffic trends or new monetization opportunities.Managing key publisher information such as revenue tracking and expiring contracts.Reviewing insertion orders pre-sales to identify any campaign irregularities before RFPs are submitted.Sales & Marketing Support:
Ensuring that pricing is fair and that publishers are being compensated accordingly.Tagging all relevant sections of the site for optimal sales opportunities; continued management of site tagging and retagging.Reviewing insertion orders post sales to ensure deliverability, rates, campaign integration issues and irregularities which may affect the delivery of a campaign.Supporting the development of sponsorship packages by spot checking the above (e.g. Deliverability, irregularities, etc.)Generating monthly and bi-weekly updates on the status of the hub, including but not limited to: Active projects and initiatives, notable sites, min CPM changes, ad product deployment, comScore or Google Analytics traffic fluctuations, site redesigns, editorial or sponsorship opportunities and any restrictions or prohibitions on sales.Inputting standardized opportunities into the site capabilities document & relevant site lists.Supporting testing of any new ad products coordinating between publishers, marketing and sales integration.
