is looking for someone to help process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll utilizing ADP Total Source system, as well as other systems. This includes processing payroll transactions associated to payroll check adjustments, generating checks, researching and producing special reports.
VISA and Passport require for training in U.S.A.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
You will assist the Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and efficient processing of commission, hourly, salary and bonus payroll on a bi-weekly and semi-monthly basis.Accurately prepare, enter, audit and distribute the payroll on a timely basis while providing excellent customer service to employeesResponsible for complete and accurate timecard processing and missing time punch follow up with managersOrganize work flow to ensure all payroll transactions, such as adjustments, terminations, commissions, incentive payments, corrections, etc. are processed accurately and timelyEnsure payroll records are audited and balancedProvide recommendations to resolve basic and, possibly, more complex payroll issuesPerform payroll-related functions including but not limited to processing new hires, terminations, -pay rate changes, employee information updates, deductions, PTO adjustments and tax changesMaintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.Keep confidential records and file electronically in our system.Assist the Payroll Specialist with any other administrative responsibilities related to accounting, payroll and HR.Travel for training is required.
2-3 years experience in a payroll departmentConsiderable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel and payroll administration.Experience with third party payroll system such as Paycom, or ADP Total Source (ADP preferred)Ability to work in a fast paced environment must be able to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and work as part of a team as well as independently.Candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.Bilingual speaking, reading, writing (English/Spanish) required.
